Position: Sourcing Analyst

Location: Hybrid

Contract Duration: Initial 12 months

Key Responsibilities

· Facilitate technology procurement activities, which include document review, approval workflows, and purchase order management across various categories such as hardware, software, and services.

· Cultivate and maintain vendor relationships while collaborating with internal business partners.

· Prepare and draft contractual documents as necessary, including amendments.

· Assist in the sourcing process from bid preparation through to contract finalization, working closely with subject matter experts to capture requirements and ensure adherence to corporate policies.

· Provide support and resolve issues for team members and stakeholders.

· Lead and engage in process evaluations and enhancements related to sourcing and procurement.

· Audit contract documentation to verify accuracy and completeness.

Essential Qualifications

· On-site presence required three days a week, with flexibility on designated anchor days.

· Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.

· Minimum of four years of relevant experience in technology sourcing or procurement.

· Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

· Experience in developing and overseeing technology RFPs or sourcing processes independently for projects of simple to medium complexity, including market research, RFP development, and stakeholder engagement.

· Comprehensive understanding of best practices in procurement processes, including sourcing, contracting, and negotiation.

· Familiarity with contract terms and conditions.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to establish relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gain process buy-in.

· Capable of developing and managing IT sourcing project timelines and leading meetings as required.

· Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to multitask effectively while ensuring thorough follow-through.

· Team-oriented with the ability to work independently, focused on results and quality, with a positive attitude throughout the procurement process.

· Efficiently organize workload to meet tight deadlines, effectively problem-solve, and perform job duties accurately with appropriate management input.

· Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.

· Skilled in driving initiatives and utilizing processes to enhance workflows.

· Comfortable interacting with all organizational levels to achieve corporate objectives.

· Strong customer service and support capabilities.

· Ability to prioritize and follow up effectively with both internal and external parties.

· Willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

· Legal knowledge: Proven experience in interpreting and executing complex legal agreements, particularly in software licensing and technology services.

· Solid understanding of various technology contract types, including SaaS, Cloud, software licensing, hardware maintenance, MNDA, MSA, and SOW.
