As a Senior Business Systems Analyst within PNC's Technology division, you will play a vital role in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for business applications or systems.

• Facilitate communication between clients and developers.

• Gather and document business and operational requirements.

• Identify and record decision points, variables, business use cases, and test cases.

• Develop comprehensive business and operational requirements, including process flows, inputs, outputs, and decision points.

• Finalize and solidify functional requirements.

• Ensure business stakeholder approval is obtained for documentation.

• Manage defects, issues, enhancements, and fixes.

• Provide estimates related to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Organize and schedule meetings and events.

• Lead project discussions.

• Deliver Tier I and Tier II customer service and functional support to end-users.

• Assist in developing and documenting standards.

• Conduct data validation using various reports generated from systems.

• Participate in executing test plans to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.

• Perform data analysis and validation.

• Coordinate quality assurance and user acceptance testing.

• Accurately record time worked.

Job Description
  • Engage in analyzing business requirements and production specifications for modifications made to technology applications.
  • Define and outline the system scope and objectives based on user needs and business processes.
  • Lead business process improvement initiatives for internal business groups to enhance business outcomes.
  • Identify and document all system constraints, implications, and consequences of various proposed system modifications.
  • Offer recommendations for addressing and resolving business challenges for specific business groups.
