Your Role in Claims Management

Through a solid feedback mechanism and supported by established processes and leadership, we take pride in providing responsive, equitable, and professional service with empathy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessing the scope and limits of coverage under primary policies, including deductibles.
- Engaging in clear and effective written and verbal communication with insured parties, third-party administrators, brokers, and underwriters. Maintain regular and suitable contact with both internal and external stakeholders, including leading national corporations.
- Strategically planning and budgeting for the litigation of each claim through collaboration with legal counsel, vendors, and insured parties. Establish clear guidelines with defense and coverage counsel to maintain financial oversight of budgets and expenses.
- Implementing and managing a diary system to efficiently oversee and resolve assigned claims.
- Independently negotiating high-stakes claims with top plaintiff attorneys nationwide, including participation in mediations and trials as required.
- Completing all necessary file and management reports, engaging in roundtable discussions, and conducting essential reconciliation reports with third-party administrators.
Qualifications for Success
- Preferred experience with Claims Third Party Administrators.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general and auto liability claims.
- Property and Casualty licenses are preferred.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, analytical, and persuasive abilities.
- Demonstrated organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
- Understanding of the claims litigation process.
- Motivated individuals seeking opportunities for career advancement.
- Proficiency in Windows XP and Microsoft applications is necessary.
