Position: Sourcing Analyst

Location: Hybrid

Contract Duration: Initial 12 months

Key Responsibilities

· Facilitate technology procurement activities, which encompass document evaluations, approval workflows, and purchase order management. Categories include hardware, software, and related services.

· Cultivate and maintain vendor relationships while collaborating with internal business partners.

· Prepare contractual documents as necessary (e.g., amendments).

· Assist in the sourcing lifecycle from bid preparation to contract finalization, working closely with subject matter experts to define requirements and ensure adherence to corporate policies.

· Provide support and resolve issues for team members and stakeholders.

· Lead and engage in process evaluations and enhancements for sourcing and procurement operations when necessary.

· Audit contract documentation to verify accuracy and completeness.

Essential Qualifications

· Current on-site requirement is three days per week with a designated anchor day; subject to change with prior notice.

· Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.

· Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in technology sourcing or procurement.

· Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

· Experience in developing and managing technology RFPs or sourcing processes independently for projects of simple to medium complexity, including market research, RFP creation, and stakeholder communication.

· Comprehensive understanding of best practices in procurement processes, including sourcing, contracting, and negotiation.

· Familiarity with contract terms and conditions.

· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

· Ability to establish relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gain process support.

· Capable of developing and managing IT sourcing project timelines and leading meetings as needed.

· Detail-oriented, responsive, and capable of multitasking while following through on commitments.

· Team-oriented with the ability to work independently, focused on results and quality, maintaining a positive attitude throughout the procurement process.

· Efficiently organize workload to meet tight deadlines, effectively solve problems, and perform job duties accurately with appropriate management input.

· Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficient in driving and leading initiatives while utilizing processes to enhance work quality.

· Comfortable engaging with all organizational levels to achieve business objectives.

· Strong customer service and support skills.

· Prioritize and follow up effectively with both internal and external parties.

· Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

· Legal Acumen: Solid understanding and experience in interpreting and executing complex legal agreements, particularly in software licensing and technology services.

· Familiarity with various technology contract types, including SaaS, Cloud, software licensing, hardware maintenance, MNDA, MSA, and SOW.
