The CPO sets the vision and roadmap across multiple Agile teams within a scaled Agile framework to deliver value. They identify the market/customer needs and return on investment and are accountable for product decisions that drive the flow of work for the Income, Property and Asset Program. This includes Freddie Mac's Asset and Income Modeler (AIM) offerings, as well as collateral features such as Automated Collateral Evaluation (ACE) and Condo Project Advisor.

Qualifications:
  • College Degree or equivalent experience
  • Typically has 12+ years Mortgage related experience and 4+ years management experience
  • Understanding of mortgage origination process, with knowledge of related technology products a plus.
  • Prior experience in a Product Management role with demonstrated examples of delivery
  • Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate the highest impact initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to present sophisticated ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and pay close attention to detail
  • Proven understanding of current technologies with the ability to develop and deliver projects using leading edge technologies
  • Understanding of agile development and continuous deployment practices. Understanding of scaled agile, (SAFe) release, increments.
  • Strong organization and time management skills. Operates independently with minimal guidance
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to measure the velocity, capacity, and value of teams' contributions
  • Very high level of social skills to work effectively with others, motivate employees, and elicit work output in a team environment
