GenAI Copilot Product Management Lead

Position Overview:

As the Product Manager and Service Owner for the GenAI Copilot initiative at Booz Allen Hamilton, you will oversee a diverse array of responsibilities aimed at the deployment, integration, and extensive adoption of this cutting-edge SaaS technology. Your focus will be on maximizing the utilization of Microsoft Copilot, ensuring its benefits are effectively communicated to all stakeholders, and aligning its strategic direction with vendor updates and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the training and support teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to drive product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, market-facing colleagues, and external partners to refine data-driven adoption strategies.
  • Champion the excellence of usage and adoption while developing improved Copilot solutions.
  • Monitor trends to inform strategic planning and devise an employee AI strategy for Copilot that aligns with future implementations and broader organizational goals.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management within software, particularly in digital transformation or large-scale software deployments.
  • Proven experience in change management, training, and user adoption strategies.
  • Experience in managing enterprise-level accounts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with GenAI technologies, including Microsoft 365 Copilot or ChatGPT.
  • Ability to interpret data and feedback to inform continuous improvements and strategic roadmaps.
  • Proven track record of influencing and navigating complex organizational structures.
  • Demonstrated success in driving usage and adoption in a business context.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with the Microsoft 365 productivity suite and its ecosystem, including Entra ID and Windows OS.
  • Knowledge of government contracting processes and regulations.
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships to foster productive partnerships.
  • Understanding of data protection practices to ensure the security and privacy of sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of automation and system integration concepts to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective engagement across all organizational levels.
  • Proven collaboration skills with a history of successful stakeholder partnerships.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Project Management Certification, such as PMP or Change Management.
