Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the training and support teams to ensure a seamless user experience.

  • Champion excellence in usage and adoption of the product.

This role requires U.S. citizenship due to the nature of the work performed.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management within software, particularly in digital transformation or large-scale software deployments.
  • Proven experience in change management, training, and user adoption strategies.
  • Expertise in enterprise-level account management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with GenAI technologies, including Microsoft 365 Copilot or ChatGPT.
  • Ability to translate data and feedback into continuous improvements and strategic roadmaps.
  • Proven ability to influence and navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Demonstrated success in driving usage and adoption in a business context.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with the Microsoft 365 productivity suite and its ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of government contracting processes and regulations.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships to foster productive partnerships.
  • Understanding of data protection practices to ensure the security of sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of automation and system integration concepts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective engagement at all organizational levels.
  • Proven collaboration skills with a history of successful stakeholder partnerships.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Project Management Certification, such as PMP or Change Management, is a plus.
