Position Overview

The Ivalua Product Owner will spearhead the ongoing enhancement of the Ivalua procurement platform to align with evolving business requirements and technological advancements. This role involves crafting, managing, and executing the product roadmap while collaborating with various stakeholders to shape the product vision, strategy, features, and backlog prioritization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate discussions with business units to gather insights for system enhancements and translate functional requirements into actionable technical specifications.
  • Provide recommendations on supply chain, procurement, and organizational best practices.
  • Implement agile methodologies to modernize and maintain systems effectively.
  • Oversee the integration development between Ivalua and other enterprise systems.
  • Assess technical and business requirements, refine priorities, outline milestones, and identify risks to ensure optimal product delivery.

Essential Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, covering processes such as accounts payable, sourcing, and purchasing.
  • 5+ years of experience in developing and executing product roadmaps.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain system implementations and maintenance.
  • 5+ years of experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
  • 2+ years of experience as a product owner or administrator for a supply chain system.
  • Experience in generating operational and analytical reports within supply chain management systems.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the procurement lifecycle, including supplier management and invoicing.
  • Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to Procurement and Accounting teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills with technical teams and functional stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Procure to Pay (P2P) or Source to Pay (S2P) systems.
  • Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint and integration software.
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly.
  • Leadership capabilities to mentor team members.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
