About the Business Development Representative Role at iManage:

Being a Business Development Representative at iManage entails being a motivated and energetic professional seeking to kick off a career in technology sales at a leading and rapidly growing SaaS company. Utilizing cutting-edge ABM and AI technologies, you will interact with potential clients through innovative outbound communication. Your responsibilities will include interviewing potential customers, identifying their software requirements, and ensuring a successful handoff to an Account Manager for further exploration. Additionally, you will engage in market research, devise business strategies, oversee various projects, and pinpoint fresh business prospects.

Joining the sales team means actively contributing to the ongoing expansion of iManage. We will support you in launching your sales career by providing exceptional mentorship opportunities, an internal career framework, continuous learning, and access to top-tier sales tools available in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing Salesforce, Demandbase, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn to research, contact, and connect with professionals in law firms and corporate legal departments within Fortune 500 companies.
  • Identifying potential clients within targeted organizations based on different product categories.
  • Initiating outbound calls to reach professionals in legal departments and introduce iManage's cloud technologies.
  • Mastering and employing specific talk-tracks to effectively engage with each potential client and represent iManage.
  • Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to ensure appropriate and timely messaging.
  • Partnering with the broader iManage sales division to comprehend market strategies and establish relationships with potential new clients.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a corporate environment.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce, Demandbase, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn for tracking account-related data.
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating across departments in a client-facing capacity.
  • Innate curiosity with a constant desire to seek deeper insights and knowledge.
  • Experience in building business relationships and meeting stakeholder expectations.
