Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our North America team at Wallbox. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy in coordination with the North America team to achieve sales targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Manage and control the sales funnel from prospecting to closing to achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop promotional ideas, programs, and solutions that deliver customer value.
- Provide reliable forecasts and tracking for management.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant sales experience.
- Demonstrated track record of building a strong pipeline and winning business.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proven ability to solve complex problems with minimal resources.
- Solid knowledge of sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator).
- Accountable, rigorous, and autonomous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish and French would be a plus.
- Eligible to work in the US.
