Responsible for supporting adherence to all aspects of a rigorous compliance program as stipulated by 32 CFR Part 117 and BAE Systems policies and procedures.
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.
Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status and eligibility to obtain a US security clearance
Required Education, Experience, & Skills Develop and implement comprehensive security plans and procedures for our uncleared and international sites, remote worker teams and CONUS/OCONUS field services members.Conduct regular security assessments and audits per company polices.Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches.Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services as needed.Conduct security training and awareness programs for employees.Ensure staff compliance with security policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.Plan and conduct investigations from inception to conclusion.Maintain documentation and records related to security activities and incidents.Manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring timely progress and resolution.Compile detailed and accurate reports summarizing investigation findings.Must demonstrate proven leadership skills, and excellent communication skillsStrong understanding of compliance programs and integration into business operationsAbility to solve complex decisions independentlyAbility to function under pressure and stressful emergency situationsDemonstrated ability to create innovative solutions that create exceptional collaboration environmentsCapable of developing collaborative relationships both internally and externallyAbility to identify inefficiencies, functional overlap, synergies and opportunities and implement solutionsDemonstrated ability to instill culture of compliant business execution, without roadblocksMust have eligibility to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.Other duties as assigned Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Active Top Secret security clearanceWorking knowledge of system functions, security policies, technical security safeguards, and operational security measuresPrevious experience in the development and coordination of a security programs, projects, best practices, and plans that advance the security mission and strategies addressing a variety of issues, including crisis management, privacy, and physical securityPay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $ $192280

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
