About the Role
As a Fusion Security Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating a world-class experience while ensuring a safe and secure environment for our clients and their customers. You will be the first point of contact for all safety and security issues, leveraging your knowledge of rules, policies, and procedures to maintain order and resolve incidents effectively.
Your Responsibilities:
- Monitor site activity to ensure a safe and secure environment for everyone.
- Conduct thorough investigations into security-related incidents.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and provide exceptional customer service in all interactions.
- Assist emergency medical services (EMS) or other officials during critical situations.
- Effectively manage people and conflict with tact and discretion, remaining calm under pressure.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in either military or law enforcement.
- Associate's, Bachelor's degree, or higher in criminal justice or business management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in physical security; 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Advanced safety certifications (EMT, CLSS-HC, etc.) are preferred.
- Experience in executive protection is highly valued.
- Proficiency in iOS, macOS, and PC operating systems on both stationary and mobile devices.
