The Analytics Systems Engineer is a primary resource for the implementation, integration and automation of the Big Data and Analytics Delivery tool set. The Analytics Systems Engineer needs to have experience in various analytics tool sets, cloud platforms and disciplines to accommodate the wide area of responsibility. This position requires the Analytics Systems Engineer to create workflows, process and then execute them centered on creating solutions which interact with various systems. This position also requires acumen across cloud, on-premise, PaaS and SaaS infrastructures and offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of two (2) years' experience implementing large enterprise level data and analytic solutions required.
  • Associates degree or two (2) years of equivalent experience required.
  • Prior hands-on knowledge of the following technologies is required:
    • Tableau- Server Engineering & Administrative skills
    • Cognos - Server Engineering & Administrative skills
  • A minimum of two (2) years' experience with release and deployment functions required.
  • Experience with Windows and Unix/Linux Engineering and web programming technologies required.
  • Hands on experience with IBM Cognos Analytics Server Administration required.
  • Hands on experience with IBM Cognos Analytics Upgrade processes in a multi-node environment preferred.
  • Experience with Tableau product suite; server administration; content migration and upgrading a multi-node environment required.
  • Hands on experience with Informatica EDC, and MuleSoft is preferred.
  • Experience with Python is required.
  • Experience with test-driven development preferred.
  • Experience using Vendor APIs preferred.
  • Experience with AWS - EC2; Cloud formation; IAM; Cloud watch; S3 preferred.
  • Experience with Service Now or other workflow tools and tool integration required.
  • Software test experience in multi-tier environment
  • Understanding of change management, defect tracking and release tools preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of VMWare, AWS and virtualization platforms preferred.
  • Understanding of building and testing automation frameworks and configuration management tools preferred
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure and Data Center Operations preferred
  • Understanding of Dash boarding and BI Tools required.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, identify, implement, and monitor outcomes required.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical solution design and implementation preferred.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal preferred.
  • Good organization and time management skills required.
  • Must possess strong leadership analytical skills preferred.
  • Strong influencing skills is preferred.
