Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop engineering designs that meet project specifications.
  2. Ensure comprehensive documentation of engineering requirements.
  3. Prepare and adhere to project budgets.
  4. Estimate, oversee, and manage construction expenses.
  5. Coordinate engineering tasks with architectural and other engineering teams.
  6. Ensure timely processing of contractor submissions.
  7. Maintain organized project files and calculations.
  8. Guarantee the quality and completeness of engineering designs.
  9. Conduct and/or supervise on-site condition assessments.
  10. Evaluate project staffing requirements.
  11. Monitor adherence to project scope and document any deviations promptly.
  12. Prepare detailed technical reports.
  13. Engage in client discussions regarding engineering systems.
  14. Mentor junior staff and provide guidance to other engineering team members.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Registered Professional Engineer.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • High proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM).
  • Stay updated on relevant codes and technologies to maintain technical expertise.
  • Skilled in utilizing advanced tools for engineering design and documentation.
  • Comprehensive understanding of engineering systems within a specific discipline.
  • Solid grasp of advanced engineering principles and calculations.
  • General knowledge of engineering principles across other disciplines.
  • Expertise in your area of specialization.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record of meticulous design coordination and contract document development.

Base Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 (Actual compensation may vary based on education, experience, skills, and location.)
