Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on equipment selection.
  • Develop HVAC models and perform calculations.
  • Create design drawings, specifications, and operational control sequences.
  • Conduct submittal reviews during project construction, make site visits, and oversee system start-ups.
  • Engage closely with company personnel, management, clients, and project architects.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least four (4) years of experience in mechanical systems design for commercial, educational, industrial, and corporate projects.
  • EIT registration is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and various engineering software tools.
