Job Description

A client in the Bay Area is looking for an Administrative Operations Analyst, the ideal candidate would absorb and improve multiple job functions currently performed by Facility Field Services Assistant Chief Engineers. This candidate will provide improved budget management, stakeholder communication, follow-up to customer requests, and coordination with Systems Engineering. This position would also deliver a local point of contact for technicians to communicate Maximo needs with Occupational Technology and improve USR management from the requestor throughout the approval process and project closeout while being the primary liaison for the Facilities Management team. Additionally, a dedicated AOA would create and manage ICRA documents, SAFE Reports, and PM quality assurance inspections and provide administrative support.

Pay range for this role is: $38 - $48

Skills and Requirements

Minimum 4 yrs of exp. within Business Analytics or related field.

Experience working with the data tracking systems. (Tableau, API data analytics, Maximo or API data analysis)

Excel and SmartSheets.

Experience using ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Maximo, Jira, etc...)

Experience cross collaborating with at least 5 different groups.

Heavy admin exp - owning a calendar and scheduling meetings.

MS Suite, Outlook, Excel, Smartsheet's and PPT.

Strong presentation skills and running meetings. Maximo
