Job Title: Treasury AnalystResponsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of analytical and reporting duties in support of Treasury Services. Assist with Cash Operations, including daily cash position management, timely payment of EFT requests, and maintenance of the Treasury Management System ("Reval").
  • Support the accounting team with cash, merchants, debt, investments, and related accounts.
  • Perform month-end reporting tasks to reconcile and allocate bank fees and the liquidity portfolio.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and with operating banks to resolve stakeholder queries. Assist with the creation and maintenance of cash flow forecasts for the company and its entities.
  • Assist with Merchant Operations, including the setup of new Merchant ID requests, reporting of merchant activity and fees, and analysis of merchant fees.
  • Support stakeholder queries and interact with merchant processors.
  • Carry out debt operations, including timely payment of debt service, swap payments, and collateral posting.
  • Process administrative invoices related to the debt program and monitor project funds.
  • Prepare letters of credit applications and participate in debt issuances, preparing materials for governmental agencies and other parties.
  • Assist with Investment Portfolio Operations, including daily management of the investment portfolio, coordination with external investment managers, custodian banks, and other vendors.
  • Process investment-related invoices and enhance reporting to provide insights into the company's investment portfolio performance.
  • Provide audit, internal compliance, and due diligence support.
  • Maintain dashboards across all functions using available business intelligence tools. Cross-train on other aspects of Treasury Services and provide back-up support when needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-5 years of Treasury experience supporting Healthcare organizations
