Job Overview:
PsiQuantum is on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Corporate Finance Analyst to join our innovative team. This position plays a crucial role in facilitating activities related to corporate finance, project finance, and business development across various initiatives, offering a unique chance to impact the financial strategy of a groundbreaking technology firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Finance:
Assist in capital raising efforts, including both equity and debt financing. Collaborate in formulating and implementing financial strategies that align with the company's growth and operational goals.

Corporate Development:
Perform financial analysis to identify business development and strategic partnership opportunities. Create detailed financial models to support various business initiatives.

Project Finance:
Work collaboratively across departments to oversee the financial planning and analysis of large-scale projects, ensuring precise budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and adherence to financing requirements.

Financial Modeling:
Develop and sustain intricate financial models that facilitate strategic decision-making. Offer insights and recommendations derived from financial analysis and modeling outcomes.

Qualifications:

Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline is required. An MBA or CFA designation is highly preferred.

Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a prestigious investment bank is required. Additional experience in corporate finance within the technology sector is highly advantageous.

Technical Skills:
Proficient in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel.

Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels. Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint is also required.

Team Collaboration:
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Attention to Detail:
A high level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work is essential.
