Role Overview:

As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will oversee and take ownership of all aspects of our casual dining, bar, and kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional service and quality. Your leadership will drive the success of our restaurant and bar. You will work closely with the culinary team, front-of-house staff, and hotel management to create memorable experiences for our guests, from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations of food and beverage outlets, including the restaurant, bar & kitchen. Ensure all areas meet or exceed AC brand standards for quality and service.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team. Foster a positive, inclusive, rewarding work environment.
Guest Experience: Uphold high standards of guest service and satisfaction. Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost control measures. Optimize profitability while maintaining high standards. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring the availability of high-quality ingredients.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience within food and beverage.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in or ability to learn food and beverage management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Customer Focus: Demonstrate commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards.
Flexibility: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
