Key Responsibilities

  • Upholding a high standard of professionalism, conduct, and ethics.
  • Exhibiting a polished appearance by adhering to the uniform policy.
  • Facilitating the check-in and check-out processes while maintaining a warm and courteous demeanor.
  • Managing all financial transactions for guest accounts with efficiency.
  • Recording charges to guest and group accounts accurately.
  • Monitoring room revenue, occupancy rates, and other operational metrics.
  • Executing end-of-day procedures in the property management system.
  • Assisting with transportation arrangements as needed.
  • Ensuring a tidy and organized workspace while replenishing supplies for the upcoming shift.
  • Performing additional tasks as directed by hotel management.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • Preference for working during nighttime hours.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
  • Understanding of auditing principles, account balancing, and closing procedures.
  • Maintaining a visible presence in the lobby when not assisting guests.
  • Exceptional communication, telephone, and hospitality skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Previous experience in hotel operations and overnight auditing is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Opera Cloud software is a plus.
