Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. You will work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to maintain high service standards, manage staff performance, department scheduling, and ensure the smooth operation of the AC Kitchen, lounge, and casual dining space.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise Operations: Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, including the restaurant, bar, and AC Kitchen. Ensure all areas are operating efficiently and in accordance with brand standards.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise food and beverage staff. Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance team performance and guest service.
Guest Experience: Monitor guest feedback and address any issues or complaints promptly. Ensure that every guest enjoys a high-quality AC experience.
Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage and handling of all food and beverage items.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
Financial Management: Assist in budgeting and cost control. Monitor revenue, expenses, and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service and coordination.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in food and beverage, preferably in a hotel or upscale dining environment.
Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with POS systems, reservation software, and standard office software. Basic knowledge of food and beverage cost control and inventory management.
Attitude: Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding guest service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
