Position Overview:

Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is seeking a dedicated Server Assistant for our renowned dining establishment, Goldfinch Tavern. We are looking for individuals who share our commitment to excellence and are passionate about delivering an unparalleled dining experience. The Server Assistant plays a vital role in a dynamic team that provides award-winning service to our guests. This role reports directly to the management team of Goldfinch Tavern.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks through diligence and dedication.
  • Anticipate the needs of guests and colleagues promptly.
  • Assist in clearing tables, supporting the dining area, and enhancing guests' dining experiences.
  • Deliver food and articulate menu items with clarity and precision.
  • Support bartenders and cocktail servers, requiring a solid understanding of beverage offerings.

  • Strong work ethic with a desire for continuous improvement and learning.
  • Ability to proactively anticipate and prioritize guest needs.
