Qualifications:
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
Minimum 3 years hospitality experience in Hotel food and beverage management.
Previous Food & Beverage management experience required.
Knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labor controls, human relations, maintenance and merchandising.
