To further this mission, we're looking for an experienced Product Marketing expert to join our ambitious Product Marketing team at a pivotal and exciting time for the organization. We're looking for an eager and adaptable leader who will make an immediate impact on the business, while helping to shape the future of our Product Marketing team and marketing excellence at Strava.

In this role, you'll be responsible for working across teams including Product, Brand & Social Media, PR, Design, Growth Marketing, Partnerships, UX Research and Consumer Insights, and more to bring your vision for helping Strava's 125M+ athletes truly get the most out of their Strava experience. You'll focus on marketing new and existing product features that reinforce the value of our maps and routing features and subscription product, while leading integrated marketing for some of our highest priority initiatives.

This is hybrid role based out of our San Francisco, CA office.

  • Thrive in collaborative environments. You will work closely with our product, UX, analytics, and research teams to synthesize data and insights that inform the product roadmap and marketing plans and test the effectiveness of your marketing efforts.
  • Are resourceful and action-oriented. You'll lead go-to-market plans supporting product priorities and new innovations and have a knack for finding and maximizing opportunities as they arise. You're comfortable operating in ambiguity and know how to develop an idea, get buy-in, and run point on making it happen.

We're excited about you because you have:

  • A BA, MBA Preferred
  • 8+ years of professional experience in B2C product or brand marketing in a corporate or startup environment, preferably with a direct-to-consumer app-based product
  • A proven track record of driving successful go-to-market launches that drive product adoption in a distinctive and memorable way while delivering impact to the bottom line
  • Fluency with data, including market and segment sizing, forecasting, and marketing efficacy in partnership with Business Growth and Analytics teams
  • Fitness industry or Brand Marketing experience a plus, but not required
