Position Overview: Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing Operations, the Senior Group Manager of Marketing Technology will play a crucial role in defining, managing, and executing our marketing technology vision. This encompasses overseeing the management of MarTech products and programs, along with the planning, execution, and oversight of marketing technology projects that align with our strategic marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Development: Formulate and implement the comprehensive marketing technology strategy that aligns with our overarching marketing goals.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a team dedicated to the planning, selection, implementation, integration, and management of marketing technology platforms and tools.
- Product Roadmap Ownership: Take charge of the product roadmap, ensuring all requirements are met for delivering complete marketing technology solutions.
- Business Justification Management: Oversee the business case for marketing technology initiatives, evaluating their impact on business performance and ROI, while aligning resources with corporate priorities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside various teams, including marketing, growth, product, web, analytics, IT, and finance, to ensure cohesive strategic alignment and integration of marketing technology.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing technology budget, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness and ROI of marketing technology investments.
- Advisory Role: Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on marketing technology issues, providing insights and recommendations to foster business growth.
- Over 10 years of experience in marketing technology, web development, engineering, or related fields.
