This is a challenging and interesting role which interacts internally at all levels of the organisation and externally. Duties are varied on a daily basis, working in a fast-paced environment in a dynamic team. The smooth and professional running of the CISO office is vital and is achieved with forward thinking and planning, having efficient systems in place to deal with administrative tasks, and being able to work with your own initiative as well as part of a team.

As part of our team, you will provide comprehensive end to end support to the CISO. You will interact with a diverse spectrum of people in a wide variety of situations. You will plan, pre-empt, and manage the requirements and commitments of the CISO, while collaborating with your colleagues across the Cyber Security Office (CSO) area and the Digital and Technology Organisation. The role will require independent judgment and discretion and will often require the incumbent to create processes, identify improvement areas and coordinate small projects.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following.
  • Efficient ownership of calendar management and scheduling of meetings in various geographies and time zones, prioritising CISO scheduling commitments
  • Capability to manage meeting set-up details and technology (Teams, A/V, connectivity, projection, technical assistance)
  • Organisation of a wide range of meetings and functions including but not limited to departmental internal and external events
  • Liaise with internal/external contacts to ensure all details are considered and plans are executed as designed, and taking ownership to remediate issues
  • Compile agendas, ensure meeting materials are posted, communicate actions where relevant, take minutes as requested
  • Book domestic and international travel, adhering to policies and guidelines (secure air, rail, hotel, and cars as needed)
  • Manage a high-volume workload proactively to a consistently high standard, by setting priorities, objectives, and target dates and triaging/processing multiple tasks as required
  • Practice continued development by participating in educational opportunities and projects

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
  • High school degree or GED
  • 5+ years administrative assistant experience, in working for Senior Vice President C-suite levels and/or above in support of a large, complex, global organization across multiple time zones
  • 5+ years computer experience, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, and the capacity to learn new software in a timely manner


Preferred Qualifications:
