Patient Services Representative I

Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks in a medical office setting.
- Prepare and maintain medical records, generate reports, and assist patients with inquiries.
- Process insurance requests and medication refills.
- Adhere to HIPAA and FERPA regulations.
- Serve as essential personnel in case of emergencies.
- High school diploma and relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
