Responsibilities
The Patient Access Coordinator will utilize our practice management system to facilitate access to care through registration, scheduling, and documentation of patient communications for over 300 providers and more than 1100 different procedure and appointment types. This position also involves addressing a variety of customer inquiries and utilizing appropriate resources to provide accurate responses. In addition to managing inbound calls, this role may require making outbound calls to patients as directed by physicians to schedule outpatient procedures or office visits. The ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility. A commitment to learning and growing within the department is essential.

Knowledge of medical terminology is desirable. Proficiency in telephone etiquette and strong listening skills are essential. Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written, are required. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
