STARR Restaurants is currently seeking a Development and Facilities Coordinator to join the team Directly working with the Vice President of Development & Facilities and Senior Director of Development and Construction, the Development and Facilities Coordinator will play a significant role in the Development team.

Responsibilities:

Purchasing – sourcing, approving deposits, and coordinating deliveries Administrative support to the Vice President of Development & Facilities and Senior Director of Development & Construction – identifying collaborative needs, scheduling & coordinating meetings, etc. Liaison for external vendors, handling inquiries, questions, etc. Identifying failure points and conflict resolution with the team

Qualified candidates will have:

Purchasing and sourcing experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Construction and/or real estate background – preferred
