Job Overview

Position Title: Maintenance Worker

Reports To: Facilities Manager

Position Summary:

The Maintenance Worker is responsible for executing a range of maintenance and repair tasks within our corporate and administrative facilities, ensuring a secure and pleasant environment for employees and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the supply and distribution of essential paper products, refreshments, cleaning supplies, and office materials in communal areas such as kitchens, break rooms, and restrooms.
  • Prepares and maintains conference rooms for various meetings and training sessions.
  • Conducts minor repairs including painting, plumbing, landscaping, and snow removal.
  • Ensures Central Office vehicles are well-maintained, safe, and clean.
  • Assists personnel in organizing and retrieving records, files, and office furniture.
  • Facilitates the movement and assembly of office furnishings.
  • Available for emergency response and security oversight.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in maintenance or related fields.

Physical Requirements:

Lifting Capacity:

  • Heavy lifting: capable of exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly to move objects.

  • Direct Supervisor: Facilities Manager
