Job Overview

Position Title: Maintenance Worker

Reports To: Facilities Manager

Position Summary:

The Maintenance Worker is responsible for executing a range of maintenance and repair tasks within our corporate and administrative facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for employees and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supply various paper products, refreshments, cleaning supplies, and office essentials for kitchens, break rooms, and restrooms.
  • Prepare and maintain conference rooms for meetings and training sessions.
  • Conduct painting, minor plumbing, landscaping, snow removal, and other essential repair and maintenance tasks.
  • Assist in the upkeep of Central Office vehicles, ensuring they are serviced, safe, and clean.
  • Support staff in organizing and retrieving records, files, and furniture.
  • Facilitate the movement and assembly of office furniture.
  • Be available for on-call emergencies and security oversight.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in maintenance or a related field.

Physical Requirements:

Lifting Requirements:

  • Heavy lifting: Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently, and up to 20 pounds constantly to move objects.

Reporting Structure:

  • Direct Supervisor: Facilities Manager
