Position Overview:

ServiceNow is currently seeking a driven Lead Development Representative (LDR) to join our growing Global Sales Development team. As an LDR, you will be responsible for assessing leads, profiling potential clients, and providing insights on effective campaign strategies. Collaborating with Sales Development Reps and Field Sales professionals, your primary objective will be to identify and evaluate opportunities for your team's benefit.

Key Responsibilities:

The Lead Development Representative's core responsibilities include:
  • Evaluating Marketing-generated leads to determine their suitability for Sales prospects
  • Managing all inbound leads for Sales consideration
  • Participating in various demand generation campaigns alongside the Marketing team
  • Facilitating attendance at company events and regional trade shows
  • Understanding how ServiceNow solutions address customer challenges
  • Conducting research on target accounts for prospecting purposes, creating contact lists and mapping company/account details
  • Maintaining updated contact information in the CRM system, ensuring seamless communication with the account team and clear identification of next steps
  • Leveraging our technology for efficient management of marketing leads
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • A creative and customer-centric mindset
  • Basic knowledge of Cloud computing and SaaS offerings
  • Ability to effectively position ServiceNow to potential clients
  • Possibility of occasional travel for training or meetings
