We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim Coach to join our team at Crimson Aquatics Boston. As a Swim Coach, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our junior swimmers in their competitive swimming journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective training programs for junior swimmers
• Provide guidance and support to swimmers to help them achieve their goals
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment
• Assist with the development and implementation of team policies and procedures
• Participate in swim meets and other events as required

Requirements:

• 1 year of swim coaching experience
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• College diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• American Red Cross CPR/First Aid/Lifeguard Certification (preferred)
