How You'll Make an Impact
Build and manage relationships with corporate contacts to understand how we can help them become successful with our product offerings and ensure they are happy.
Work cross-functionally with the sales, operations, and engineering teams
Manage the product feedback loop with Sales and Engineering
Implement Account Manager processes
Manage upsell and product usage conversations

Requirements
US Timezone EST
2+ years of experience in sales, account management or customer success: client communications via phone, email, and zoom
Analytical thinker with a willingness to learn and use SQL, analytical dashboards, and interpret data to provide crucial insight
