Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer experience as a trusted advisor.

  • Promote expansion opportunities through customer satisfaction.
  • Increase revenue by selling additional products and services.

Scope of Work:

  • Thoroughly understand assigned accounts, their business, challenges, and objectives.
  • Guide customers through DataDome's journey for faster business value attainment and secure renewals.
  • Establish a base of referenceable users and advocates from your accounts.
  • Engage customers in sharing feedback and experiences.
  • Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to drive adoption and provide best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate threats and risks to customer goals.
  • Negotiate contract renewals and upsells strategically.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years in client-facing roles like Account Management or Customer Success.
  • Proven track record in complex negotiations and achieving retention rates.
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with technical and corporate IT environments.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent English proficiency.
