About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our SG1 team, covering both the Quest and Atkins brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general support on various types of projects, including TV, OLV, Digital/Social, OOH, and Print, from ideation to production.
  • Contribute strategic insights and feedback to the broader team during creative development, with an emphasis on brand guidelines and competitive space.
  • Support with campaign production from pre-production to asset delivery, with oversight from the Account Supervisor and Account Director.
  • Responsible for administrative tasks that help the account run smoothly, including timeline management, setting up internal meetings, legal approvals, network clearance, trafficking, talent management, finance, and more.
  • Prepare decks and materials for client presentations.
  • Stay up to date with Client/Competition/Agency/Industry business and send out summaries from relevant webinars.
Requirements
  • 1.5+ years of relevant experience in account management, client services, digital/social marketing, or TV production.
  • New York based; 3 days in office mandated.
  • Interest in health and wellness.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
