With an impressive yearly revenue growth, Lansweeper is rapidly expanding its Strategy teams. Today, we are looking for a Technology Partner Program Manager to help us drive awareness and demand through our Service partner ecosystem to help deliver results against business objectives and priorities. You will play a pivotal role developing strategic plans that drive new business.
Your everyday is focused on what it is that is needed to build a scalable, programmatic engine that can allow Lansweeper accelerate the recruit, onboard, enable and promotion of our Technology partners (who are ISV's).

  • You will build, deliver and manage a Technology partner program that will guide
    prospective Technology Partners thru the stages of Recruit, Enable & Activate, with
    self-serve at its absolute core.
  • You will work closely with the Technology Partner Team including Partner Development
    Managers, Integration Solution Architect, Product Marketing Manager and Product
    Manager as your primary stakeholders to ensure the right program is in place to grow
    and scale the business.
  • You will drive Marketing and communication of the Technology Partner program,
    working collaboratively with the Marketing team for Partner recruit, Technology Partner
    Development Manager and Partner Managers.
  • You will own creation and execution on communication and marketing that keep
    partners engaged thru the steps, think things like Creating content both business and
    technical (blogs, report definitions, how-to videos....) to help partners make the most of
    Lansweeper in their development of an Integration application.
  • Once built, you will be responsible for the ongoing management of the program and the
    partners participating in the program, acting as front-line contact thru the stages of
    Recruit, Enable and Activate.
  • You will define, build, measure and report Technology Partner Program KPIs/Targets
    to all stakeholders and working collaboratively to achieve pre-defined goals. You
    report to our Director of Technology Partners (based in Sydney Australia) .

I have a

  • 2+ years of SaaS business development experience
  • 2+ years in partner program, operations or related role
  • Proven record of evaluating, implementing, and optimizing new tools to improve data,
    business outcomes, and efficiencies
  • Skilled at promoting best practices and training users on new tools
  • Strong understanding of analytics and data and how they connect to organizational
    objectives
  • Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including
    leadership
  • Comfortable working independently and communicating your conclusions to different
    departments, leadership, and partner teams

Must have

  • Based in Austin, USA
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with partners programs or operations
  • Strong marketing and communication skills
  • Power-user of SalesForce and knows how to build custom reports
  • Strong independent work ethic with a slightly competitive, I-can-do-anything
