The Sales division at Apple is pivotal in generating the revenue that supports our continuous product and service development, enhancing the lives of millions globally. Our Channel People team is dedicated to ensuring that customers receive exceptional experiences through our retail partners. A key aspect of this experience is the engagement with Apple sales personnel and their promotion of our offerings.

As a Partner Operations Program Manager, your focus will be on refining the strategy and execution of Apple Partner Programs across various market routes in the United States. You will play a crucial role in overseeing all facets of program operations, including partner support, daily task execution, systems implementation, reporting, budget oversight, field issue resolution, ticket management, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a standardized operational strategy for the Apple Excellence Program across all partners.
  • Create, execute, and manage comprehensive project plans to facilitate annual program launches and ongoing operations.
  • Utilize industry benchmarks to perform impact assessments, time tracking, and process mapping to document program requirements.
  • Identify and spearhead initiatives for improvement and optimization to enhance scalability, automate processes, and boost efficiency.
  • Oversee critical business functions, including roster management, data workflows, device logistics, and support queue management.
  • Collaborate internally to define the scope and prioritize features for systems and reporting aligned with the Apple Excellence Program roadmap.
  • Engage in User Acceptance Testing to provide insights and make informed go/no-go decisions.
  • Administer and manage budgets associated with the Apple Excellence Program.
  • Handle procurement and manage vendor relationships effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive project/program management experience in Operations, Sales Finance, Corporate Strategy, or Management Consulting.
  • Strong background in strategy formulation, process design, and implementation.
  • Experience with large data sets in Excel and Tableau for trend analysis and business decision support.
  • Proven budget management and forecasting skills with significant financial implications.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and frameworks.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Channel, Retail, or Field Support environments.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Passion for enhancing customer experiences and a proactive approach to work.
  • Ability to foster teamwork and influence without direct authority.
  • Forward-thinking with a capacity to simplify complex concepts in communication and process design.
  • Prior experience in SDLC project management and analysis is advantageous.
