We could run a boring old front desk coordinator and office assistant type of ad, but we're not looking for just any front desk coordinator and office assistant.
That's not how we do things here.We're looking for our next Rock-Star Team Member - someone who has a service-oriented frame of mind even before they've had their coffee; someone who enjoys learning something new every day, but also can manage the routine work that must be done to keep our cases moving forward; and someone who is motivated by their desire do the highest quality work in order to serve our clients.

We are relaxed, easy-going, and sometimes even humorous.
We help people who have been injured in automobile collisions or in slip and fall type incidents.
We take our work seriously - however, we don't take ourselves too seriously.

We are located at Colony Square, conveniently located near I-75 and I-85 in Midtown Atlanta.About You:
You are instantly likable and establish rapport effortlessly.
You are comfortable doing, or learning, everything from greeting clients at the door, to juggling the main phone line, to checking and opening incoming mail, to assisting with potential new clients and initial consultations, to doing the mind-numbing stuff that comes with every job.
You understand that a law firm handles confidential information and can abide by the ethical requirements of the position.You're great with technology and can take a project from start to finish with minimal supervision.
You can handle frequent interruptions without an audible sigh and you can smile politely as the attorney asks you to help with his computer the third time.
You can get excited about what we do because of the difference we make for our clients.Extra points if you can make people smile as soon as they walk in our door Our Ideal Candidate:

Law office experience is not required, but these are the keys skills that our ideal candidate has mastered:
