The Doubletree by Hilton Atlanta Perimeter Dunwoody is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive prompt, efficient, and courteous service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Front Office Manager in directing the operations of the Front Desk staff to ensure seamless guest service.
- Supervise and train Front Desk associates to ensure they are equipped to handle guest requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including complaints and compliments.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that guest needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or guest services role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, guest services, and room management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with hotel software systems, including property management systems and reservation management systems.
- Knowledge of Hilton brand standards and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
