Key Responsibilities

  2. Managing the merchandising, advertising, and promotion of products and services.

Qualifications

Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in consumer retail sales.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers regarding sales and complaints to ensure retention and loyalty.
  • Problem-solving skills related to customer issues.
  • A valid automobile driver's license and the ability to operate both customer and company vehicles.
  • Completion and maintenance of all current and required Bridgestone store education courses and modules for this position.

Preferred:

  • A 2-year degree or equivalent.
