Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist.
Priorities:
- Correspond with vendors as needed to resolve pending payment issues
- Build a rapport with our International division and work with their customers to process approved payable and receivable offsets as well as collection of past due invoices.
- Prepare new customer credit applications for our CFO to review.
Qualifications/Skills:
- At least two years of full cycle accounts payable experience.
- Proficient computer and Internet skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to meet schedules and timelines

The pay range is $ $25.00 per hour. Starting pay rate will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable agreement. Dependent on the length of service, hours worked, and applicable agreements, benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and optional disability insurance, sick pay of 2.66 hours for every 80 hours worked, Vacation pay of 1.54 hours for every 80 hours worked, paid holidays (6 days annually) bereavement pay and retirement benefits.
