Key Responsibilities- Manage the receiving process, including signing delivery documents, prioritizing incoming packages, and ensuring materials are correctly routed.
- Unpack and conduct visual inspections of all incoming parts and equipment.
- Accurately match receiving paperwork with purchasing documents.
- Issue parts to jobs in progress (WIP).
- Lift items weighing up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Record all receipts and issues promptly using an ERP system.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to parts, ensuring consistent inventory accuracy.
- Maintain shipping and receiving areas in a clean and organized manner.
- Utilize a computer system for processing incoming parts, including issuing and staging.
- Support consistent inventory tracking and accuracy.
- No prior experience is necessary.
- Ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
- Hourly wage ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 based on experience.
