RECEIVABLES MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Brezden Pest Control is in search of a detail-oriented Receivables Management Specialist to support our finance team in managing the invoicing and collection processes for our services. The Receivables Management Specialist will be responsible for reviewing account details, rectifying inconsistencies, and ensuring accurate billing and timely collection of payments.

To excel in this Receivables Management Specialist role, you should possess strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities. A keen eye for detail, organizational skills, and self-motivation are essential, along with proficiency in mathematics and technology.

Key Responsibilities for our Receivables Management Specialist:

  • Verify, process, and record payments for products or services provided.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Keep detailed documentation regarding payment statuses and account information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive and accurate account records.
  • Review client accounts, payment histories, and credit information to establish improved payment terms.
  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry, invoice preparation, sending payment reminders, filing, and client communication regarding account statuses.
  • Generate internal reports and statements as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance job knowledge.

Qualifications for our Receivables Management Specialist:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in mathematics, typing, and computer applications, particularly accounting software.
  • Strong communication, research, problem-solving, and time-management capabilities.
  • High accuracy, efficiency, and accountability in work.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to foster relationships with clients and internal teams.
