Pay Rate: $58,000-$79,000/year

We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This role is highly desirable and may not remain open for long.

Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist include:
- Managing client invoicing, credit, and refund requests.
- Coordinating monthly schedules with clients and preparing account statements.
- Overseeing monthly AR Ledger and signing off on month-end AR summaries.
- Conducting daily tasks to investigate and resolve client invoice and payment inquiries.
- Monitoring accounts with overdue invoices on a daily basis.
- Contacting clients to arrange payment plans.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Skills for the Accounts Receivable Specialist include:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of algebra and geometry concepts.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
Requirements for the Accounts Receivable Specialist may include:
- Experience with FileMaker 19.0 or later.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Provision of 3 professional references.
