As a Sales Administrator at Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, you will impact the lives of our customers while working in an environment of respect, empowerment, and professional development. What you will be doing:

  • Accurate entry and analysis of data
  • Track and monitor the progress of a sale through the new construction pipeline
  • Interact with customers, scheduling settlement dates and communicating updates
  • Prepare settlement documentation and coordinate with lenders, attorneys and title companies for settlement related details
  • Support the administrative needs for the construction side of our business

Qualified applicants have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, 365 and One Note is a plus
  • Exceptional customer relations when working with both internal and external customers
  • Experience learning new IT systems and applications
  • Ability to work both independently and with an administrative team
  • Organization skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Sales, settlement, loan or appraisal processing experience in Real Estate or Homebuilding, preferred
