While many current positions have the option of working remotely, our offices are available for all employees to work from on a voluntary basis. We have beautiful offices in Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, and Boston, MA to accommodate employees in a hybrid or full-office setting.

The Assistant Program Coordinator will support implementation and administration of our retail utility programs in Connecticut and Puerto Rico, taking direction from program management. You will receive ample training in our programmatic philosophy, data systems, and internal policies and practices. To thrive at this position, you should have an interest in energy efficiency, data management, and project management, and enjoy helping processes run as smoothly as possible. This is a local role for candidates living in the greater Boston, MA area.

Create and update agreements between retailers, manufacturers, and utility partners
Verify product eligibility for programs and maintain databases of qualified products using Microsoft Excel
Contribute to weekly and quarterly reports on customer participation, rebates, and sales
Support client marketing teams with customer point of purchase best practices
Regular visits to retail locations in Connecticut to audit field staff and marketing efforts (4-6 times/year)
Attend Zoom and Teams meetings to support program team, including setting up agendas with input from the team and sending notes after meetings

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent relevant work experience preferred
Ability to work remotely with clear communication (written and verbal) and follow through
A self-starter who takes initiative and can deliver results
Interest in energy efficiency, data management, and project management
Attention to detail and time management skills
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) required
Experience working with software such as Salesforce and Asana preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Car or driver's license preferred

This is a full-time position with an annual salary range of $55,157 to $58,401 plus bonus.
