The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams' operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies.

Responsibilities

Prospecting, generating, qualifying leads;
Develop lead generation strategies;
Interact professionally with customers via phone;
Set up a lead gen system from scratch including digital platforms;
Review and refine lead generation strategies based on win/loss analysis;
Ability to communicate and track success;
Manage own time independently and be a self-starter;
Attention to detail;
Conducting negotiations with the presentation of the company's services and products;
Making a sales analysis and sales plan;
Product development advice, including product-market fit/ industry fit;
Working in corporate CRM;
Support and work with the sales team, to be fully integrated into all processes and activities.

Qualifications

Extensive lead generation experience in sales in sectors related to technology, industrial design, 3D modeling, packaging design is a MUST HAVE

Degree educated;
Skilled in telephone or video conference lead qualification;
Ability to multi-task daily projects and commitments;
Employing structured lead generation methods;
Strong verbal communicator with excellent written, communication, presentation skills;
Strong IT skills;
Accountable, flexible and self-disciplined; excellent problem-solving skills;
Business analytics and consulting experience;
Strong oral and written English communication abilities;
Team Management, Target and KPI driven;
Knowledge of business ethics to handle sensitive information.
Desirable: experience of setting up and developing lead generation programs from scratch.
