About the Position:

NRG's Sales Operations and Sales Quality teams in the East region play a vital role in supporting the company's expanding sales efforts, specifically in Door-to-Door and Retail channels. Collaborating closely, these teams utilize their expertise in sales, project management, quality assurance, and technology to address issues, optimize programs, and ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

As a team member, you will be responsible for various essential tasks, including:

  • Generating and organizing performance reports
  • Managing marketing materials and uniform orders
  • Testing enhancements on enrollment form applications
  • Documenting sales support processes
  • Driving enhancements for sales enablement technology
  • Undertaking additional assigned duties

The role demands exceptional prioritization, organizational, and communication skills. The ideal candidate exhibits keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate work. Strong time management abilities are necessary to handle both planned tasks and unexpected assignments effectively.

Working Environment:

  • This role is based out of NRG's Philadelphia office, offering a hybrid work model with partial in-office presence and remote work
  • Reliable internet connection is essential for remote task completion

Requirements:

  • Preferably hold a 2-year Associates degree or a 4-year college degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or similar field
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, particularly Excel, Power Point, and Word (SQL skills are a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
