Position Summary:

The Senior Analyst role is pivotal in executing detailed campaign strategies for Dow Jones. This position will support various marketing teams by implementing web and in-app campaigns across our flagship platforms. Situated within the Marketing Operations team, you will be instrumental in driving marketing initiatives, enhancing customer experiences, and fostering new business opportunities through relationship management. Additionally, you will oversee a direct report, providing guidance and ensuring quality in a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation and quality control of marketing promotions on Dow Jones’ primary platforms, including the publication of tailored offers and content.
  • Manage the complete campaign execution process, from requirement gathering to stakeholder meetings, technical communication, quality assurance, and final campaign launch.
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders and technical teams to clarify campaign requirements and effectively manage workload.
  • Supervise campaign metadata tagging to monitor and analyze website traffic, which is crucial for campaign reporting.
  • Maintain the digital asset library and data dictionary.
  • Perform ongoing quality assurance for web and in-app placements, including user acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate closely with the offer management team to ensure accurate onsite acquisition campaign experiences for all visitors.
  • Demonstrate experience working with engineering teams to establish standards, enhance platform capabilities, and maximize technology utilization.
  • Generate campaign reports to guide future marketing strategies and request the development of Tableau dashboards as necessary.
  • Act as the subject matter expert, facilitating knowledge transfer regarding website capabilities among stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for web vendors to optimize and enhance campaign functionalities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, marketing automation, or operations.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing website operations.
  • Proficient in WordPress.
  • Familiarity with in-app campaigns.
  • Understanding of the e-commerce landscape.
  • Experience with paywall platforms, such as Piano Composer.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in Jira or similar software.
